If you’re not completely happy with your order, you can return items within 14 days of receiving them by emailing us at hello@lumepilates.nl. Please ensure items are in their original condition.

Return costs:

  • You are responsible for the cost of returning items.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll refund the price of the product. Delivery costs (if any) are not refundable.
