I started Lumé because I wanted activewear to feel a little more fun.

I love movement, but I never understood why activewear had to feel so serious - the same colours, the same shapes, the same idea of what a “fitness body” should look like.

I wanted to create pieces that make you excited to get dressed. Ruffles, soft colours, flattering shapes and little details that feel different - clothes you can wear to Pilates, for a coffee afterwards, or simply because they make you feel good.

But more than that, I want Lumé to be a brand where movement is for everybody and every body.

We all move differently. We have different shapes, sizes and relationships with our bodies, and I don't believe you need to look a certain way to belong in a studio or feel beautiful in activewear.

Lumé is about enjoying movement, expressing yourself and wearing things that bring a little more joy into your day.
