1. Where does Lumé ship from?
All orders are shipped from our Amsterdam studio with care and attention. We currently deliver across EU and UK.
2. How long does shipping take?
Orders within EU usually arrive in 3–7 business days. International deliveries can take around 7–14 days, depending on your location.
3. How do I cancel or return my order?
If you need to cancel or return your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@lumepilates.nl with your order number and the word CANCEL in the subject line.
We can only cancel an order before it has been processed or shipped.
If your order has already been dispatched, you can return it once it arrives by following our Returns process.
4.How to Return an Order?
If you need to return your order, please email us at hello@lumepilates.nl within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund right away.
5. How do I care for my Lumé pieces?
Wash your pieces gently in cold water and let them air dry. Avoid tumble drying to help the fabric , colour and shape stay perfect.
6. Is Lumé sustainable?
Yes — every piece is designed with purpose, made from long-lasting materials, and created in small batches to reduce waste.
